Brevard NEXT — Photo/Video Release

You are an adult, so this decision is yours alone — nobody signs it for you, and nobody needs to be consulted. This document explains what you would be agreeing to if you grant the release, and what happens if you don't.

This release is entirely optional. Saying no costs you nothing. You get exactly the same coaching, the same programming, the same access, and the same everything else. It is never a condition of membership, and your coach will not ask you twice.

What may be captured

• Short training clips — a set, a lift, a sprint, a drill.
• Still photos taken during sessions, including group shots of a session or event.
• Before/after or progress photos only if you provide them yourself and say clearly that they may be used.
• Your first name, or first name and last initial, alongside the image — nothing more unless you specifically agree to it.

Nothing is captured secretly. If a camera or phone is out during a session, you can ask for it to be put away, ask to step out of frame, or ask for a specific clip to be deleted on the spot.

Where it may appear

• Brevard NEXT and Youth FIRST Athletics social media accounts.
• The program website and app.
• Marketing and promotional material for the program — flyers, ads, email, presentations.

That is the whole list. We do not sell, license, or hand your image to third parties for their own marketing, and we do not use it in any context that implies an endorsement you didn't give.

You may decline and still fully participate

If you decline, no image or footage of you is used in any public or promotional place. Your training media stays private — stored in a private bucket, served through expiring signed links, visible to you and your coach only, exactly as it is for every member. Declining has no effect on your program, your scheduling, your standing, or how you are coached.

You may withdraw at any time

• Tell your coach, in the app or by email, that you're withdrawing. No reason required, and no argument will follow.
• We stop all future use immediately, and we remove your image from material still under our control — our social accounts, our website, our app — as promptly as we reasonably can.
• Honest caveat: material already published cannot always be fully recalled. A post someone screenshotted, shared, or re-posted, or a printed flyer already handed out, is beyond our reach. We will not pretend otherwise. What we can promise is that we stop using it going forward and pull down what we still control.

No compensation

Granting this release is a favor to the program, not a transaction. You are not paid for it, you receive no discount or credit for it, and you have no claim to royalties or any share of revenue from material in which you appear. Equally, declining costs you nothing — there is no fee, penalty, or reduced service.

What you're releasing

If you grant the release, you permit Youth FIRST Athletics, LLC (including its Brevard NEXT program) to record, edit, reproduce, and publish photos and video in which you appear, in the places listed above, and you waive any right to inspect or approve each individual use in advance — subject always to your right to withdraw. You keep the right to ask for any specific item to be taken down, and we will honor it.

How this is recorded

Your election — grant or decline — is made in the app and recorded with your name, the version of this document, and the date and time. You can see your current election and change it in the app whenever you like. You may request a copy of that record at any time.
