What you get
PT Distinction gives you nothing self-serve that we could find. PT Distinction has no client or workout export in its own tools; its only outside connection is Zapier.
The steps in PT Distinction
- Write down or copy your clients' names and emails from your PT Distinction client list (or from your own email and contacts).
- Save each program you want to keep: copy it into a spreadsheet, one row per exercise, with weeks and days.
- If you already use Zapier with PT Distinction, it can copy new events onward, but it does not move your history.
Buttons move. If one is not where we say, follow PT Distinction's own help page below.
What stays behind
Workout history, check-ins and messages stay in PT Distinction. Ask their support before you cancel whether they can send you a copy.

Then, in Brevard NEXT
- Make your free Brevard NEXT account, then start a Group for your clients.
- Turn on the Personal Training Suite on your Group. You get the Trainer title and badge, and your Group shows up in Find a group on Explore.
- Send your clients your Group's invite link (Group settings). Keep the client file from your old app; you will want it for names and emails.
- Each client brings their own history from Settings, Import from another app: lifts from Strong, Hevy, Fitbod or JEFIT, food from MyFitnessPal, Cronometer, Lose It! or MacroFactor.
- Print your Group's check-in poster for the park or the gym. Clients scan it to check in.
Your clients choose what you see about them, one switch at a time, and can turn it off whenever they like.
