What you get
MyFitnessPal gives you a ZIP of spreadsheets (CSV), emailed to you. The nutrition one has a row per meal per day: calories, fat, carbs, protein, fiber, sugar and sodium. Export is a MyFitnessPal Premium feature.
The steps in MyFitnessPal
- Request your data export in MyFitnessPal (Premium). Guides disagree on the menu: look under Settings, Account, Download Your Data on the website, or More, Nutrition, Export in the app.
- Open the email MyFitnessPal sends and save the ZIP to your phone.
- In Brevard NEXT, open Settings, then Import from another app, and choose the file. On Android you can also open the ZIP and tap Share, then Brevard NEXT.
- Check the preview, then tap Bring it in. Your meals land in Fuel; Undo removes the whole import.
Buttons move. If one is not where we say, follow MyFitnessPal's own help page below.
What stays behind
MyFitnessPal's API is closed to new apps, so the import is by file, not by a live connection. Body weight and exercise tables are recognized but not brought in yet.
