Programs that fit your week
Hundreds of ready-made programs, organized by goal, that reshape themselves around the days you can actually train.
Strength, conditioning, mind-body, postpartum, swimming and sport programs, 400+ today. A five-day program on a three-day week merges its sessions by movement pattern, keeps the big lifts, spaces the recovery days, and lands every week on your calendar on your days.
A builder that turns one sentence into a full plan from Coach's approved library.
"Stronger legs, three days a week for six weeks, dumbbells only, about 45 minutes" becomes a program that respects your equipment and your injuries, with every exercise open to change before it is saved.
A three-question finder for anyone not sure where to start.
On the library, on Home and in the Tools hub. It points at one program, and nothing is saved until Start.
A workout player that remembers what you lifted last time, suggests the next weight, and counts the rest.
Plate math for the barbell lifts, a per-set timer for the timed holds, and a New to this? link on every exercise to the science behind it, in plain language.
An easier and a harder form for hundreds of exercises, one tap under the exercise.
574 exercises carry both forms, each with a line on what changes. The choice stays with that exercise on your plan, and the library's own demo for the form plays when there is one.
Smart swaps for sore or injured days, with one honest line about when to stop.
The same sentence everywhere it matters: this is education, not medical advice, and it never licenses training through pain.

Every mile, free
Walks, runs and bike rides, recorded by GPS, with your splits, your pace on each one, and your average for the whole thing.
Quarter-mile splits as you go, each with its own pace. Elevation along the way. Bike rides climb their own benchmark ladder and never touch your run times, because a 10 mile ride is not a 10 mile run.
All of it free. Not a trial, and not the half of it that costs nine dollars a month somewhere else.
Brevard NEXT is free and stays free, the whole app, forever, whether you ever hire Coach or not. No card on file, no ads, nothing sold to anybody.
A run out of coverage still counts.
Pause holds both the clock and the tracking. Finish somewhere with no signal and the run saves on your phone, then sends itself when you are back online.
Benchmarks that fill themselves in.
Cross a mile, a 5K, a 10 mile ride, and it lands on your board without you logging anything. Your route stays yours: sharing it is a per-run toggle that remembers your last answer.
Eat for the week you have
Meal plans for your week, by hand or auto-filled, with a grocery list that writes itself and sorts by aisle.
A budget the list fits to, the recipes you keep, a photo of the plate, and the days beside each item, so chicken reads as Monday and Wednesday, not a mystery.
Water and fuel-tank goals sized to you, with the Brevard heat folded into the number.
Sixteen ounces at a time. On a hot day the goal rises on its own, because the forecast is already in the math.
A snack spotlight that holds for the whole week, so a snack worth trying is still there when you shop.
One good idea a week, not a new one every day.
Plain-language reads on timing, carbs, supplements and shift work, written from published research.
Chalk Talks: short reads from Coach's research library with the sources named. Education, never a diet.

Twenty seconds, then go
A twenty-second daily check-in, sleep, soreness, mood and motivation, that steers the day's suggestion.
Push, steady, or an easy rest-day option that still counts: a walk, a mobility flow, five minutes of breathing, a nap. A missed day stays open. Nothing here shames you.
Progress charts, personal records, and a rank ladder that climbs on what you log, never on what you pay.
Ten ranks, 28 levels, XP from workouts, check-ins, goals and records. Accolade coins, calling cards and a 3D trophy room, all earned, none bought.
Reminders you control, a calm mode for a quiet phone, and eight looks including one for glare on the beach.
Push, cheers, sounds and confetti each have a switch. Floodlight is the look for bright sun; Guardian, Bloom and the rest are yours to pick. Text size too.
A streak that understands life: sick days and storm weeks are excused, not counted against you.
Hurricane mode freezes streaks for the whole storm, and an away switch keeps everything where you left it while you are gone.

Nobody trains alone
Training partners and pods, hellos and check-ins that keep each other going.
A buddy to train with, a potluck to bring a dish to, a personal record to cheer. Muting and blocking are one tap and yours.
Team pages for the teams among you, with Team Coaches who plan a week, draw up plays and run a roster.
A team's own page, feed, challenges and leaderboard, built with Coach.
A member feed and an Ask Coach inbox, under a code of conduct everyone signed.
Kind by design, and the rules are readable before an account exists.

Built for Brevard
Written by a coach who was born and raised here, for the people who live here.
Coach Jon Shimer: Merritt Island, Cocoa, Cocoa Beach, Rockledge, Titusville, Melbourne and Palm Bay. Cape Pirates rugby, NCAA rugby at Lindenwood, three years coaching at Florida Tech, an officer in the Florida Army National Guard.
The Florida heat in the math: hydration targets, heat windows and notes at the seasonal turns.
A heat-window tool for the hours a hard session is safe, a water goal that rises with the forecast, and a word from the app when the season turns.
Storm season as a setting, not a surprise.
Hurricane mode: streaks freeze, the week is excused, and nothing is marked missed while the shutters go up.
A free first session with Coach Jon, anywhere in the county.
A field, a park or a gym near you, one per new client, no strings.
English and Spanish.

Yours, in plain words
Your check-ins, meals and numbers are yours. No ads, no selling your data.
The Data & Privacy page in Settings says in plain words what Coach can and cannot see, who opened your records and when, every document you signed with its version, three retention choices, a full export, and account deletion.
Everything you sign is readable before you sign, and the app asks again if a document changes.
The five documents are linked on the questions and answers page. Nothing is accepted silently.

Coach Jon, if you want him
Hiring Coach Jon as your personal trainer is optional and separate; the app stays free either way.
A program written for you, daily feedback, and in-person sessions on the Space Coast. The prices are on the questions and answers page, in the open.
Everything above is yours whether you hire him or not.
Not hiring a trainer? Nothing changes. The app is free, for as long as you like.

A Coach account for personal trainers
Personal trainers will be able to open a special Coach account to manage their own clients inside Brevard NEXT, and the price will never be more than $5 a month.
What a coach gets
The short version of what Coach Jon runs his own clients on today, and what a Coach account opens up.
A roster with every client's plans, check-ins, progress and notes in one place, and a search that finds anything.
Rank and streak on every row, who trained today, a progress report a tap away, and private coach notes that only the coach can see.
Session plans by the hour, a Program Studio that builds a week from goals and equipment, and a library of 400+ programs to assign or copy.
A session in eight kinds of block against a 60-minute meter, run with a timer, reviewed after, printed for a field with no signal, and copied across a weekly series in one tap.
Broadcasts, a Monday digest, an Ask Coach inbox, injuries and incidents, and an audit log of who saw what.
Plus finances, retention and revenue, discounts, referrals, testimonials, forms and business settings.
Coach Education inside the app: 26 modules written from the research library, from youth resistance training and heat safety to behaviour change.
Each module is a short class with its sources named: long-term athletic development, motor learning, speed and plyometrics, adult strength and return to play, nutrition, hydration and heat, habit formation, safeguarding, and more.
Study prep for the NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA and ACSM personal-trainer certifications, and four youth fitness specialist credentials, organized around each body's own exam domains.
Ten classes: the five CPTs (OPT, IFT, the four domains, the clinical route), NASM YES, ACE and ISSA youth fitness, ACSM/NYSHSI youth fitness, and a comparison to help you choose.
Coach Tools: maturity band, rep-max, RPE, tempo, deload, pace, intervals, heat window, and more, each with a how-to.
The same calculators members get, plus the coach-only ones, in one searchable hub.
